Dear Collectors and Interested Art Followers
I am constantly pulled back to paint and explore the south of the South
Island of New Zealand. The variety of scenery with its incredible
skies, the amazing light, and the huge variety of scenery is special.
From the wild West Coast and Fiordland to the bareness and harshness in
Central Otago these are my happy places.
This latest painting is obviously in Milford. (Mitre Peak) I have
completed now 6 big oil paintings ( 90cm by 60cm) in the Milford area.
I can't wait to go back again too. Hopefully that will be later this
year.
We are all looking towards the next two Art Shows, Auckland in May and
Christchurch now in June.
My next paintings will be following a Central Otago theme, particularly
around the Maniototo and the Upper Manuherikia and Ida Valleys.
